Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed in the order they are received and are typically shipped within 1-3 business days (unless you tell me to keep your box open). Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided when available.

Shipping Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Fawns Sprinkles is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fawns Sprinkles is not responsible for packages once they have been marked "Delivered" by USPS. Customers are encouraged to provide a secure delivery location. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors.
  2. Contact their local USPS office to request GPS delivery coordinates.
  3. File a mail theft report and police report if theft is suspected.

Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Fawns Sprinkles within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you.

Fawns Sprinkles Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  1. The wrong item was received.
  2. The order was damaged during transit.
  3. An item is missing from the package.

Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery and should include photos/video. Refunds will not be issued for:

  1. Packages marked delivered by USPS.
  2. Delays caused by USPS.
  3. Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
  4. Buyer remorse or scent preference.

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
  • Fawns Sprinkles is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after USPS marks them delivered.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • All sales are final unless an error or damage occurs.
  • Fawns Sprinkles reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its descretion.
